1 (18.75 ounce) package frosty lemon cake mix
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups crushed ice
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pans.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, lemon juice, milk, egg, vanilla extract and crushed ice. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff. Whip cream until frothy. Whip cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into lemon/orange mixture. Pour lemon cake into frosty lemon filling. Chill until serving.
