3 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 rectangular frozen spinach, thawed
In a medium saucepan, mix light soy sauce, lemon juice and cream cheese. Place over a low heat stirring frequently until the cream cheese melts; stirring constantly for 1 minute.
While the cream cheese and soy sauce melt, add spinach. Cover the pan and turn off the heat. Continue stirring with a spoon until spinach is softened but not teeming. Pour sauce over spinach in the pan. Continue to warm vigorously through the day.
