1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon fish sauce seasoning
1 teaspoon white sugar
In a medium saucepan, heat oil, vinegar, vinegar, oil, fish sauce, sugar and fish sauce seasoning. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, and simmer over medium-low heat until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
