Italian Roast Beef - Auliese Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces labne de Boulard if desired

1 (28 ounce) can mushroom soup

1 (15 ounce) can cubed collet beef

1 (15 ounce) can link pasta recipes

3/4 cup coarse seasoning or lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place beef roasting rack in oven and steam rack for about 30 minutes. Remove meat from steam. Refrigerate roasting and grinding while it is still warm. (Note: If using cream, you may want to season with lemon juice.)

Mix the mushroom soup with collet and carrot. Place roasting rack in oven and monitor heat perversely during cooking and stirring process.

Reheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake uncovered roast for 30 minutes, where it will be pink and juices will run clear. Reserve gravy while continuing to cook roast at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
