Apple Cinnamon Coconut Cream Recipe

Ingredients

2 orange slices, sliced

1 banana

1 1/3 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

1 (10 ounce) can sliced coconut for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Stir orange slices and banana into orange juice and lemon juice. Allow to stand 8 hours or overnight.

In a medium bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, flour, coconut and salt. Add to juices. Pour mixture into cake tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near cake comes out clean. Unroll and cool cake. Pick cake up, leaving a 1 1/4 inch layer of cake in dry place. Let cool completely.
