1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 bay leaf
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (15 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sliced black olives
2 (2 liter) cans beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried horseradish
In a medium saucepan heat oil over medium heat and stir in onion and bay leaf. Add garlic, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cabbage, cream of chicken soup, black olives, beef broth, salt and horseradish.
