1 (1 pound) fresh green and red shrimp
1 orange, sliced
2 lemons
2 (2 fluid ounce) jiggers pineapple juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup green pina colada mix
1 cup crushed pineapple zest
1 cup white rum
Fill a large punch bowl with ice. Add shrimp, orange slice and orange juice. Pour in pineapple and grenadine syrup and beat vigorously and slowly for about two minutes.
Fill a punch bowl with ice and add pineapple juice. Pour in pineapple zest and rum. Punch rapidly and pour into glasses. Serve.
