Good cookie mix. A couple of changes I made. I used 2 tbsp of vanilla extract and used Hershey's Dark Cocoa powder instead of vanilla. I also used Hershey's Dark Split pecans instead of vanilla. These are tiny changes, but so lovely. Honestly, I thought they looked too bland. So I added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of cardamom, and 1/2 tsp of dried tarragon. Then upped the brown sugar to 3 tbsp. They are great. The crunchy kick is awesome. But you MUST use Szechuan salt, or else ... you'll see a huge difference. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
