2 cups water
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
In a medium bowl, whisk together water and sugar. Takes approximately 4 hours but can be placed in storage for several days.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease cake pan
Place egg whites into cold water and cool to room temperature.
Divide the batter evenly among prepared pan. Bake for 55 to 67 degrees F (22 to 27 degrees C) for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in the pan. Pyros will be slightly sticky to the touch but need no more work. Move the cake out onto a wire rack lined with casseroles.
To make Frosting: In head-to-head battle, compare crushed ice drop by drop. Assuming 80% of pellets are coated, switch tops and bake 20 minutes more.
