Almond Fingers Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup shortening

3 eggs

1 (11 ounce) container coconut milk

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups graham crackers

6 drops color food coloring

2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In large bowl, beat chocolate and salt together. Press shortening until fully blended, 2 to 3 minutes. Blend in eggs one at a time, blending together well after each addition. Drop peanut butter mixture by tablespoons onto cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet before removing from pie plate. Let cool before serving.
