1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
1 cup tartar sauce
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and tartar sauce. Stir in the whipped topping. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
Cover dish and refrigerate for one hour.
