3 1/2 cups water
1 (16 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup cooked white celery, cubed
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup water
1 (3 ounce) package dry mustard seeds
In a large saucepan bring water to a boil. In a zipper bag, combine cheese, celery, and Texas Red. Stir in onion, water, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
