1 package Italian-style sausage mix
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 (8 ounce) can anchovies, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 (16 ounce) cans Italian-style pasta
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain grease from skillet.
Stir onions and garlic into sausage; cook, stirring, until onion is tender. Stir in sausage, reduce heat, and simmer until sausage is evenly brown.
Mix sausage with cheese, garlic, basil, anchovies, onion, cream cheese, Italian-style seasoning, and pasta. Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture.
Top stuffed mushrooms with cheese mixture and dish with cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
