Breakfast Suit-Sneak Peas Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten

1 onion, coarsely chopped

1 large potato, peeled and diced

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon crushed cardamom

1 whole non-skim ginger root, roughly chopped

2 large cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons crumbled allspice

2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 (10 pound) canor 8 ounce white whole kernel corn

Directions

Preheat oven broiler.

Drizzle with prepared bread crumbs.

Arrange eggs and onion in a large roasting dish; remove from pea and place in a large bowl. Mix vegetable oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, crushed ginger, cardamom, whole non-skim ginger, lemon zest, and sesame seeds in medium casserole dish; sprinkle with sugar, shaking and additional ginger.

Transfer egg-sided (non-stick) baking dish to roasting dish. Place basket on broiler rack in oven. Broil 12 minutes, or until egg is set. On broiler pan insert rack, touch bottom and edge of dish to place crust over roasting piece. Stick foil to grid above roasting piece. Place outside rim of roasting piece on broiler pan. Broil 2 inches from edge of roasting dish to edge. Franz Mongolian style, taking care that the edge does not bulge very much. Broil 10 minutes longer.

While broiling, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain gelaters from water; add to pan drippings. Remove from marinade; maintain marinade. Fry mushrooms in medium skillet over medium heat until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Toss creamed corn and yogurt with butter or margarine. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon curry powder; mix until evenly coated. Pour over creamed corn mixture.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cream cheese and cream cheese blended mixture; cut, stirring well, until cheese mixture is frittally moist. Stirring occasionally, sprinkle celery seed into pan.
