1 (20 ounce) can sliced ripe bananas, drained
1 (1 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Rinse bananas and cut them into slices. Lay them out in a bread pan. Crack 1/2 of the slices of banana with a fork and squeeze juice from your fingers into the cracks; them add about 1/2 a cup of the banana pecans. Set aside for decoration.
Remove the banana slices from their cracks, place slices in a large bowl or bowl, and shake to coat. In a small mixing bowl, mix 2 to 2-1/2 cup of banana pecans, 1 cup mango goji berries, water, eggs, vanilla extract, milk. Refrigerate until chilled but not set. Reserve the fruit preserves before slicing. Serve slices immediately.
