5 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon sweetener
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (20 ounce) can sliced black cherries, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 can orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon zest
In a large bowl, mix butter, brandy and orange juice. Stir in lemon zest. Pour into a 10x15 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
