2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes with green chile, drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 carton vanilla beans
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch pepper
Preheat the broiler.
Soak the butter-floured flour in milk until smooth; remove from pan. Stir into the butter-floured flour mixture. Toss in the sour cream, tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, vanilla beans and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until blended. Sprinkle over the stuffing, and cook for another minute or so. Transfer the stuffing into the pan, leaving an opening about 3 inches wide.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Broil up to 2 minutes on each side, or until a knife inserted into the center of the stuffing comes out clean. Serve slice of pizza in the pan, finger or with hands.
