18 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can cottage cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon dried basil
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, vinegar, white sugar, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Pour marinade mixture in a small saucepan and allow to slowly spread out over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Beat cream cheese and cottage cheese mixture into egg mixture. Shape mixture into a ball using a pastry blender or fork. Roll out horizontally on to uncovered baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until heated through and slightly golden. Remove from oven and serve warm.
