1 (15 ounce) can or bottle homemade Italian-style Italian dressing
5 tablespoons ketchup
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 ounce) package large peeled and diced tomatoes with green olives
1 large tomato, diced
6 ounces onion, diced
1 pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
5 tablespoons seasoned dried bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup. Mix together, move to a medium bowl and whisk in garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, pepper, butter and cheese.
Bake 30 minutes, so that large pieces of meat get brown and juices run clear. Let cool for 5 minutes; drain and serve.
