1 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lemon zest
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix margarine, sugar, milk, orange zest and lemon zest. Beat orange zest and lemon zest until blended. Mix blueberries, pecans and lemon zest until well blended.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cold.
