1/2 cup butter, divided
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 dashes garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Peel the skin off of chicken breasts and cut into pieces.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and garlic powder to shape a chicken meatloin.
Stir the cream cheese in a small bowl, then beat in the eggs, turning once, until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Spoon cream into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan, leaving a 1 inch border. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and roll up tightly. Place in oven for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Present in pie crust and head to dinner.
