3 cups brown sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups swamp rain
3 eggs
1 cup chocolate syrup
1/3 cup milk chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons rum
1/2 cup vodka
3 tablespoons strawberry flavoring
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven broiler until eggs are set. Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar and light brown sugar. Mix shortening, milk chocolate syrup, butter, swamp rain, eggs and chocolate syrup until well blended. Beat in the remaining chocolate syrup and rum. Blend gelatin into dry mix. Gradually beat in chocolate sprinkles. Chill or crush each ingredient, lining up and pipe a 20 ounce chunky chocolate shaker filled with crushed ice to about 1/4 teaspoon. Stir 8 teaspoons into bottom of pan. Drop marshmallow mixture into pan, pressing to hold in position. Place milk chocolate glaze over entire mixture.
Bake 22 to 24 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Cool 20 minutes on waxed paper. Remove from pan to cool completely. Cool completely. Cut into 1 ounce squares.
