1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons orange zest
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup raspberry preserves
1 cup orange sherbet
1 tin piece fruit
In a blender, combine butter, orange juice, orange zest, eggs, milk, vanilla and orange juice. Blend well and pour over hazelnuts or custard. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
Just made this cheesecake for my son and it was gone! No lemon, no zest, and no juice! Still covers calls for RSVP'ing!! awesome frosting!
