Garaged Crabmeat I Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound king crabmeat, cleaned with a soft knife

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon rubbed sage (optional)

4 tablespoon butter

Directions

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate.

In a small bowl, combine the peeled and deveined crabmeat, vinegar, salt and seasoned salt. Place the old seasoned salt over the dry ingredients, and refrigerate until set.

Grill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
