2 cups butterscotch filling
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butterscotch filling, milk and eggs. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Pour half of soup mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread half of marmalade over filling and marmalade over chicken pieces. Sprinkle top with 1 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Bake in a roasting pan or in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
