Dispatch Chocolate Egg Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup buttermilk

2 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

4 teaspoons baking powder mixed with salt

2 cups milk chocolate syrup

1 (2 ounce) package creamer

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a small bowl, mix egg buttermilk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually mix in milk chocolate syrup, creamer, vanilla and nuts. Fold into chocolate mixture.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one day.

I shared this with my husband who said it tasted like frosting. I'm not sure why, but this cake isn't supposed to be frostingless. I put it into a 9 convection oven and it bakes in 30 minutes. It is absolutely delicious!!!!!!!! So fast and easy and SO good with soup or salad.
