1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons baking powder mixed with salt
2 cups milk chocolate syrup
1 (2 ounce) package creamer
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a small bowl, mix egg buttermilk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually mix in milk chocolate syrup, creamer, vanilla and nuts. Fold into chocolate mixture.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one day.
