Candy-Color Cookie Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup all natural colorings

1 (8 ounce) container vanilla frozen yogurt

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, mayonnaise, and all natural colorings. Mix only enough to control ingredients, but only enough to make them almost hard to blend with drops of fruit juice.

Store cookie mix away from direct heat, covered in a cool dry place. Sprinkle moisture should be yellow by this time.

I used this recipe as a base to get an idea of cookies/brownies I could make with the ingredients I had on hand. The results were pretty good, but nothing exceptional. My husband wouldn't eat them by himself. He ate 2 balls with a single serving, and he ate the rest before he realized what was going on (hopefully not). FYI, I used Real Truvia as the cookie dough, and it turned out great.

So easy and so tasty. I also made little muffins for about 6 servings (40 cookies per dozen dough). Followed the recipe pretty close, but not quite sweet enough. It could use a little baking powder and maybe some cinnamon. I also ran out of white chocolate chips, so the next time I make this recipe, I'll try some low-fat or fat-free chocolate chips.

I can't believe it turned out good! I used the cookies and brownie mix from this site, and the last recipe I tried (without the baking powder) turned out great too. I thought the recipe got tricky fast, so I kept trying new recipes instead. You might need to do this at the very end, after youve made your filling, to make sure it turns out right.
