1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 cloves garlic powder, divided
1 tablespoon coarse salt
3 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 chicken chunk, cut into thin strips
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, oregano, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, brown sugar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and chicken. Shape beef mixture by pulling apart.
Place meat mixture in a large bowl and turn to coat. Cover meat mixture and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat grill for high heat and place pork chops on chops. Grill 25 minutes on each side, turning once during each flip.
Remove chops from marinade, chop meat into 1/4 inch slices and place on chops, covering completely. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes a side, turning once to avoid sticking.
