1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese mixture and eggs until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Cover, refrigerate and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place half of the whipped cream on a small baking sheet. Place another half on top of the whipped cream, fold edges of both sides together and place on baking sheet. Brush tops with lemon juice.
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 1 minute.
