1 pound cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups white sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter and boiling water until smooth. Stir in milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
