3 cups white sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup sliced fresh bananas
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1/2 cup of sugar, cocoa, cocoa, cinnamon and cinnamon. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the cream cheese. Beat until mixture is smooth, then stir in the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, bananas. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan before serving.
