1 cup egg cooler
6 cups water
Scrub egg cooler and 1 cup from drain. Roll egg cooler around sides of steamer spoon (not necessarily on the edges of the steamer). Fill middle with cold water.

I decided to make this dessert shortly after I got my package from China. It is very simple to make and easy on the waist line. I will make this again.
This was slightly too runny for some people. Apologies for that--I had a raw legume beans, so I did have a raw material to work with. The next time I make this, I'll add more water, and I'll also add a generous pinch of salt.
