2 cups small marshmallows
4 cups white sugar syrup
1 cup milk
1 cup butter flavored shortening
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons heavy cream
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup candied pecans
In a large bowl, combine marshmallows and sugar. Beat heavily, until smooth. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine marshmallow mixture, brown sugar, shortening, coconut and pecans. Stir into marshmallow mixture mixture until well incorporated. Pour into ice cream shell; refrigerate before serving.
