1 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sweetened orange juice
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
In a saucepan, bring water, cocoa and milk to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until cocoa has dissolved slightly. Remove from heat and stir in butter or margarine, orange juice, orange juice, orange zests and orange zest. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine orange zest, orange zest and orange zest. Mix well.
Place chocolate in chocolate condiment container and refrigerate until set. Spread over hot chocolate and refrigerate until set. Serve hot. Garnish with whipped cream.
