Taco Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can refried beans

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup Mexican salsa

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon cumin

1/8 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

3 (5 ounce) cans diced black beans, rinsed

1 (6 ounce) can refried beans

1 (1 ounce) can sliced green chile peppers, drained

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

In a small bowl, mix beans and refried beans. Stir in salsa, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, chili powder, black beans, refried beans, green chile peppers and cheese. Shape mixture into taco shape, and fry, turning once, until golden brown. Serve over rice.

I just can't see the taco shells gaining ground as yard decor without the meat....Just a sour taste once in awhile, OK. Tops is the best with inside cracklers.
