1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 (16 ounce) can pepperjack cheese
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (8 ounce) container crushed pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup shredded lettuce
Preheat grill for high heat.
In a skillet, warm the brown mustard/yellow mustard mixture over low heat. Saute the onions and peppers until translucent.
Heat the ½ cup of butter in the microwave. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low, and stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and slightly translucent.
Stir in the melted butter/mixture, Worcestershire sauce, pepper jack cheese, tomato sauce, crushed pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and beef to 1/2 inch thickness.
Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes on the preheated grill. Turn, cover, and set aside to cool.
