4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Beat egg and oil in large bowl until blended. Beat in vinegar; mix with eggs, oil and vinegar until completely dissolved. Discard nonstick saucepan.
