Melanie's Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound cooked macaroni and cheese

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 (16 ounce) can anchovy fillets

1/4 cup burgundy wine

1 teaspoon dried black pepper, or to taste

1 (.5 ounce) envelope dry roasted bean sprouts

6 medium onions, thinly sliced

1 (17.5 ounce) container sour cream

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir in pasta, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, anchovies, wine, pepper, beans, onions, and cheese mixture. Mix together with hands if necessary.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, spray grill or broiler pan with cooking spray.

Remove forks from macaroni and macaroni mixture. Transfer to a serving bowl, divide, and top with desired toppings.

You don't have to be a professional chef to make this. It's easy to make and good taste. Once you get the hang of it, however, you won't want to mess with it. It is really sole-sourced from an Italian restaurant. There are several errors in the recipe. First, no parsley. Second, no mint. Third, no shrimp. Fourth, nothing but water. Fifth, make sure to run cold water down the sides of the loaf before placing it in the fridge. Sixth, wash the loaf well and dry it thoroughly. Seventh, use the best beer you can afford and two tablespoons of a salty seasoning like cajun or Old Bay for flavor. Eighth, don't crowd the loaf. Ninth, use the lettuce leaves for flavor.

Wonderful... Much better than the Periscope stuff you can find online. I used Truffle oil instead of oil of capricolli and added shear salt. I had bone in my chops but it wasn't enough.
