6 egg yolks

1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
1 cup yellow cornflakes cereal
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Season pan with garlic powder and saute briefly, stirring, until garlic powder is melted. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour into a medium bowl; whisk vigorously to form a smooth spread. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
