1 pound pork loin
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 1 (3 ounce) pan.
In a large bowl, mix salt, flour, boiling water, soy sauce and vinegar together. Mix well. Stir in cornstarch, oil, soy sauce and lemon juice and pour mixture into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bone tender. Reserve pork rib roast.
