I made this quick, easy appetizer for a party and got rave reviews. So simple too. I didn't put the cauliflower in the casserole until I was ready to use it, but I did put it in the centre of the bread and sprinkled crushed walnuts on the top before putting it together. Will make this again.

I gave it 4 stars because it was ok, but something to think about ahead of time. Next time I will make sure we have the fresh jalapenos because it was pretty dry.
