1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom gravy
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 bay leaf
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 cup chopped celery
In a medium saucepan, combine spinach, mushroom gravy, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, onion, bay leaf, onion, Swiss cheese, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, horseradish, celery and 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. Continue to saute for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve warm.
