1 (4 ounce) package instant potato chips
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup green peas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line a 9 inch square pan with foil. Set aside the foil for baking.
In a large bowl, mix together potato chips, raisins, peas and vinegar. Cover tightly with foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 15 minutes longer, or until crispy. Serve warm.
