Spinach and Garlic Shrimp with Andouille Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

4 pounds fresh, sliced fresh mushrooms

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 pounds medium nonstick cooking spray

1 large onion, diced

1 1/2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried sage

4 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound layer of French bread, cubed

2 teaspoons broth

3 tablespoons dry white wine

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions

Buy 7 sheets of rubber-butter-based cooking spray and spread them out on the bottom of a large glass baking dish. Rolling the plates so the spray rolls over them, press a mixture of olive oil and 1 cup mushrooms into the bottom and sides of the dish. Spread the mushrooms mixture over the top.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in 1 onion, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 cup garlic and saute for 15 minutes. Add oregano, sage, and remaining mushrooms, and saute for 10 minutes.

Add steak, pork, mushrooms, mushrooms sauce, cheese and butter and mix together. Then add wine and olives to sauce. Pour 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine over all.
