1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups apple cider
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup hot milk
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and pudding mix. Spread mixture over a 10 inch springform pan; refrigerate until set.
Stir apple cider into whipped cream. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Broil in a large skillet until apples are crisp. Remove from pan. Cool in pan, then fill fruit inside and out with whipped cream. Remove foil and serve.
