1/4 cup real quick bread crumbs (one cup)
1/2 cup frozen fruit in syrup (optional)
4 eggs
4 1/4 cups flax seed (optional)
8 ounces almonds
3 large pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Tip baking sheets or line with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer, beat bread crumbs and frozen fruit in a bowl on high speed until the small crumbs are large enough to stick. Add all-purpose flour if necessary. Add more fruit crumbs, if necessary, continuing the process. Place 12 sheets on heavy nonreactive baking sheet.
Bake alternately in the preheated oven with paper towels, until no sticky remains remain.
