1 (3 ounce) package reciesformula mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup butter
2 (3 ounce) packages HERSHEY'S Dutch Processed Cocoa
1 cup crushed chocolate chips
1/2 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 275 F (131 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and salt. Stir until blended. Cut in butter only as much as necessary, then stir in cocoa confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, until cookie forms. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until light brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
