Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Ingredients

6 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 cup cider vinegar

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons dried oregano

4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced

Directions

In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and onion.

Melt jalapeno pepper in a quick-cooker in a small bowl, or transfer to a smaller bowl.

When all ingredients are combined, pour mixture into a 12 inch round pan.

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until jelly-like. Remove pan from oven and cool completely. Serve hot.

I ended up making a Purgatory Creme Brulee instead of just white; and that might be because I used dry apricots. This is still a lovely recipe, with great photos and thoroughly enjoyable results. Thanks for sharing!
