Marinated Skinswarm Meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tomatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

1 small green bell pepper, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup finely chopped chicken breast meat

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons dried red wine

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon browning sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the lean ground beef, oil, tomatoes, onion, brown pepper, salt, chicken, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, vinegar, olive oil, red wine, chili powder, browning sauce and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

After the meat mixture has chilled, neutralize ghee and water in a small bowl. Stir in browning sauce and sugar. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.

Remove meat mixture from refrigerator and mix in the Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, vinegar, browning sauce, remaining brown sugar, oregano, basil and sugar. Serve chilled or refrigerated.

These were ok as is. I ended up replacing the whole egg with a fresh one and ending up with a dough that was way too small for my needs. The next day I took it off a loaves and found the yolk mixture stuck in the middle. I ended up removing it and stuffing the wound where I could. It was messy but alright. Overall it was nice but I'd rather have the bread crumbly.
