2 eggs
1/2 cup poppy seeds
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
In a large bowl, beat eggs and poppy seeds until frothy. Gradually add sugar and flour. Beat until blended. Stir in butter and milk. Pour mixture into baked pastry shell.
Place pie crust in prepared pan. Place pie between two sheets of waxed parchment and bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown, about 4 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate. Serve immediately.
